Catholic Schools Collaborative Has Concluded Its Work

After more than a decade of partnership, innovation, and service to Los Angeles school communities, Catholic Schools Collaborative concluded operations effective August 31, 2026.

We are deeply grateful to the school leaders, educators, students, families, board members, funders, and community partners who made this work possible. Together, we built stronger systems for academic growth, belonging, and whole-child support across the communities CSC served.

Although CSC has come to a close as an organization, the knowledge, capacity, practices, and partnerships built through this work remain its lasting legacy.

Catholic schools are about more than academics. That’s why we support schools in building strong and holistic communities in classrooms, the hallways and in neighborhoods.

We focus our services and programs on a set of schools in which 70% or more of their families qualify for the Federal Free or Reduced Lunch Program.

What We Do

Catholic Schools Collaborative (CSC) is an architect of impactful partnerships that establish and support multi-school efforts fostering best practices, which can be piloted and replicated, in the areas of academics, operations, parent engagement and social emotional student supports at Catholic PK-8 Grade schools in lower income Los Angeles communities.

Our methodology is guided by four foundational pillars that we believe are necessary for Catholic schools to thrive: Academic Excellence, Operational Vitality, Social Emotional Supports, and Parent, Family, and Community Engagement. With a broad variety of partnerships and programs focused on each pillar, we provide personalized solutions for every urban Catholic PK-8 grade school interested in working with us.
